Structured Synergy
The Golden Earth Group was founded since 2013 by our founder, Ms. Amy Wang, a serial entrepreneur formerly from China but has since obtain Singapore Citizenship. Being a Chartered Accountant (CPA), she first established the flagship of the group, Golden Earth Consultancy Pte Ltd which focus on accountancy and financial management.
She was later joined by her partner, Mr. Casey Teo, ex-Economic Development Board senior officer and a computer engineer from UK who brought along financial technology (FinTech) expertise. This led to the formation of a FinTech arm, Solor Pte Ltd., which offer a range of FinTech solutions for the group's financial clients and particularly, Cross Border Payment Solutions.
